Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Unable to reject an approved Cycle count - Oracle Inventory

What is the reason why I am unable to reject a cycle count? The system will not allow me to click on rejected, recount, or none.
