Oracle 19c RU's take an unacceptable amount of time to patch.

Hi,

I'm curious if anyone else has noticed that Oracle 19c RU's (Release Updates) that are applied in an Oracle Grid home take an unbelieveable amount of time to apply. During application of applying the Grid RU, it takes about 40  minutes just to patch the Grid home. This excludes the amount of time it takes to actually stop/unlock Grid services. We always unlock Grid home first before applying the RU since using opatchauto will attempt to restart Grid automtaically. Thats unfeasible when additional patches need to be applied into the Grid home as is our case.

It appears that it takes the longest applying the TFA portion of the Patch for the RU.
