OPatch Error: OPatch failed with error code 19

Hi all, I am trying to patch an 11g r2 oracle database on Windows platform with latest patchset. I downloaded the latest OPatch and tried to apply patch I get the following Opatch version: 11.2.0.3.25       Oui version:  13.6.0.0.0 The OPatch version is not applicable for current OUI version. OPatch failed with error code=19 Seems that someone installed emagent 13c on that windows machine and updated oui to 13.6.0.0.0, and there is no OPatch complying with that version so as to patch databse. Furthermore, I downloaded almost every version of Opatch but nothing concerning oracle database and version >= 13.6.x.x.x Any
