Can Query Access be limited to a Few Queries?

We would like to know if there is a way to limit a small group of users with Query Viewer access to only see and have the ability to run a few queries?  We know we can limit via the Query Access groups.  But that doesn't seem to be as granular that need. It leaves other queries the users should not have access to run. Any suggestions would be helpful.
