Setup AP Price Tolerance

in Payables and Cash Management - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi,

Is it possible to setup an AP Price Tolerance with the following scenario:

Price Tolerance is by percentage, example 10% tolerance.

Tolerance is applicable  if the Invoice price is higher than the contracted price.  If variance is 10% higher, payment should require approval of PO approvers

Is this possible?
