ODA 19.8 pre patch check failed

Hi

We are updating our 19.7 ODA with 19.8 patch and ran into an issue with pre patch checks

Here is how the system looked like after updating the ODA repository with 19.8 patch

After that we updated the dcs-agent and dcs-admin and then ran the pre-req check
