Are there a way for manager to document more detail when he overrides an employees acknowledgement?
We are in PS 9.2 ePerformance, and have the need to keep detail information why manager has to override the employee's acknowledgement.
Currently when the manager click on 'Override acknowledgement' on the performance documents that are in pending acknowledgement status, the manager can select either employee not available or employee refused as a reason, and we want a step further that asking manager to document the detail, like adding a comment section. Can this be configured?
