ORA-44787: Service cannot be switched into.

Hi,

I'm using following expdp statement to export schema on 19.7 unfortunately is failing.

Have you ever encountered with these errors? Works fine after restarting the service

expdp system/oracle@ser/service schemas=schemaa directory=DPDUMP_NET_DIR dumpfile=dumpname.dmp reuse_dumpfiles=y EXCLUDE=OBJECT_GRANT

Connected to: Oracle Database 19c Enterprise Edition Release 19.0.0.0.0 - Production
