How to turn on debugging for Pack Slip

Getting the error:

REP-2103: Column 'G_c_src_hdr_id' : PL/SQL formula returned invalid value or no value.

REP-0069: Internal error

REP-57054: In-process job terminated:Terminated with error:

REP-2103: Column 'G_c_src_hdr_id' : PL/SQL formula returned invalid value or no value.

For one pack slip, not all. And want to turn on debugging to help analysis.

Set the Profiles

WSH: Debug Enabled = yes

WSH: Debug File Prefix = DON

WSH: Debug Level = Statement

WSH: Debug Log Directory = /tmp

but still not file created. Can someone help and tell me what profiles are needed.
