Web ADI Error - FLEXGL-CANNOT GET LOGIN ID (ROUTINE=FDFGLI)

Hello,

I'm getting below error when importing custom Web ADI to load Purchase Requisition,

FND FLEXGL-CANNOT GET LOGIN ID N ROUTINE FDFGLI  : FLEXGL-CANNOT GET LOGIN ID (ROUTINE=FDFGLI)

The main concern is that requisition is getting uploaded correctly with all account details but still web adi is returning this message.

Any guess how to resolve it.
