  • How can I search by CSI# within the Oracle Idea Lab and/or to export Oracle Idea information?
    • Is there a better way for group search and export of our Customer Support Identifier (CSI#) linked Idea Submissions?
      • I need a way to better maintain regular Idea status awareness for updates to the customer.
