Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. If this policy affects you, act now to change the email address that is associated with your Oracle (and community) account. Alternatively, you can opt to create a new Oracle account that uses your corporate email domain.

I wanted to let you know that Lisa Chow & Rajagopal Kandukuri of Oracle will be holding a webinar on HR Notifications on August 25 at 11am EDT.

While it's called "HR" Notifications, there are plenty of ways that I could see Payroll or TL folks using this functionality:

1 - Let employees know self-service advices are available.

2 - Send emails to employees who have not yet signed up for W-2 Consent or 1095-C Consent.

3 - Send emails reminding employees who have not yet entered time for the week.

4 - Let employees know year-end forms (W-2, etc.) are available.
