"df" "ls" not working in "/" (root path)

When i try use "df" the windows stay waiting eternaly...

i try using winscp and give a error too.

"server are not responding".

I don't know more what to do, someone can i help me ?

this is my production server (5 instance running).

Oracle Linux 6

ODA x7-2m

print when i try use "ls" in "/".

after use command i cannot cancel... i need close putty.
