ASMlib doesn't read disks

We have an oracle RAC with 2 nodes in version 12.1.0.2. all disks are configured with NORMAL redundancy and 2 FAILURE GROUPS (1 per storage node).

I’m facing a problem  with all disks from  one storage node. Those disks  are not recognized as ASM disks by oraclelib from one of the RAC nodes. By the other hand, those disks are recognized properly by ASMlib from other RAC node. 

Checking the header of the ASM disks using kfed, I’m getting different information about the same disk depending on the node where I run the query. By the other hand, ASMlib doesn’t see many disks with a valid header eather .
