GoldenTax issue. Price Modifier of discount is not showing in the output of Golden tax

GoldenTax issue. Price Modifier of discount is not showing in the output of Golden tax.

Sales order have modifier adjustment of surcharge and discount , when it generated AR transaction , there are three types of lines , Sales order line , surcharge line and discount line .

After Receive transfer to Golden, it shows only two types of lines in Golden tax Workbench , they are Sales order line and surcharge line . and the discount amount only generate one filed in sales order line .

Why both of them are Modifier , but Discount and Surcharge are different in Golden Tax Workbench？？
