Datamap creation is failing in RR environment

While creating datamap using ADM in QA environment it is failing with below error.

Cannot find entry 'ENTP Eloqua Sync Flag' in the bounded picklist for field 'Destination Field Name' in integration component 'EAI Field Map' (SBL-EAI-04401).

IO has already been migrated to QA environment via migration tool, but still new fields are not appearing in IC Field drop down. We have tried EAI Siebel Adaptor to query IO but using Business Service Simulator but that too did not return newly created IC Field. This IO is already deployed to runtime database in QA and we can not undeploy it as in tools we cant see it in objects.
