How to Install Required Patch to Oracle 19c Client ?

Follow the below steps to patch Oracle Client 19c software. We need to install the below patch to Oracle 19c client software otherwise While installing the ESU on EnterpriseOne 9.2 using Change Assistant with Oracle DB Client 19c Client version installed on Deployment server, Change Assistant will crash with the below error message

This issue is reported in the below Oracle Database bug and patch is available to resolve this issue.

Oracle Database 19c Client:

23009625 - WINDOWS DATABASE BUNDLE PATCH 19.4.0.0.190716 – 32-bit

23009892 - WINDOWS DATABASE BUNDLE PATCH 19.4.0.0.190716 – 64-bit
