Purchase Orders - Close Instead of Cancel

Hello,

How is it possible to close purchase orders using PO_DOCUMENT_CONTROL_PUB.CONTROL_DOCUMENT instead of cancelling the header or lines? So that in future we can re-open the orders if it is closed.

Appreciate any insight.
