CLSRSC-614: failed to get the list of configured diskgroups

when i am installing the GI,runnig the /grid/grid_home/root.sh  to the step 19of19

there is a problem:

2020/08/11 15:49:03 CLSRSC-594: Executing installation step 19 of 19: 'PostConfig'.

2020/08/11 15:54:40 CLSRSC-614: failed to get the list of configured diskgroups

Died at /grid/grid_home/crs/install/oraasm.pm line 2069.

The command '/grid/grid_home/perl/bin/perl -I/grid/grid_home/perl/lib -I/grid/grid_home/crs/install /grid/grid_home/crs/install/rootcrs.pl ' execution failed

i have installed the newest GIPSU before runing  the gridSetup.sh

i need your help thanks!
