Mapping Custodian, Asset and Indents

Hello Everyone,    

Greetings of the day!   

I have one query: How can we know in Asset management what indent was used for issuing the asset?    

Suppose a Laptop (having asset id - ASSET001) is issued to one employee 'EMP1' against the indent (001) he raises in the system.  Once his/her assignment is completed, he/she returns the asset to Inventory/Stores.  Now, another employee 'EMP2' who has just joined that assignment raises an indent (002) for the laptop and the same laptop (ASSET001) is issued to him/her against this indent.    

How can we track these information in asset management?     Is there any delivered query to map Custodian, Asset and Indents?
