Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Team,

we are doing implementation of SEPA Direct debit for Austria , France , Germany , UK and Ireland .

We are not using localizations for any other purpose but from Oracle FQA we have seen that localizations needs to be enabled for SEPA .

we have few questions related to that and expecting response from Oracle side , Could you please help ?

1- Whether we need to run the R96450 program for SEPA country only ?

2- is there any need to activate localizations for all the countries in our scope for SEPA direct debit ?

3- User Profile P0092 needs to be activated with country code ?
