Xstore - Apply system update

Hello -

We are seeing "A system update is available. Would you like to apply it now?" We choose to apply it but still we see the same message next day or the following day again. Is there a way to check the pending updates? We recently did minor upgrade from 17.0.1 to 17.0.3 and we are seeing this prompt after the upgrade.

We are thinking this is happening because of the not completed deployment on xadmin on earlier version. Is it true? If yes is there a way to purge the xadmin old deployment records?
