Idnetifying Managers in ELM using dynamic roles

Hello,

We are implementing ELM and I am in the process of setting up dynamic member roles for ELM Users and Managers. I successfully created the dynamic role for the ELM Users using the LM_ACTIVE role but am struggling with how to identify the managers, I saw in the tables that employees and positions have a reports to column but I'm not sure how to translate that into an effective dynamic member role. Has anyone else run into this and how did you resolve it? Let me know if you have any questions.
