Time and Labor Auto Enrollment setup

I am working on setting up Time and Labor Auto Enrollment, doing my setup based on People Books and an ORACLE white paper from 2016.  I am making progress, I think, but have not gotten anything to update yet.  When I run a Process Auto Enrollments as Bulk Enroll with Preview mode selected on the installation table I can see results on the Preview page but when I select the Related Actions the only option I see is Enrollment Group, no option to Post Enrollments.

I also tried un-checking Preview mode and ran Process Auto Enrollments but no updates?

I found the rolls below and had them added to my security, thanks David  L.
