OPatch failed with error code 39 , Applying interim patch '17428617' to OH

Hi Team

am getting the above error when i try to Applying interim patch '17428617' to Oracle Home.

Before i was getting this error

Oracle Home inventory is corrupted

I fixed this error by rebuilding the Inventory. below is the command used to rebuild the inventory

./runInstaller -silent -ignoreSysPrereqs -attachHome ORACLE_HOME="/u01/d01/tech_st/11.2.0/" ORACLE_HOME_NAME="11gR2"

below is the error am getting after rumming opatch apply command

[oratest@erpcrone 17428617]$  /u01/d01/tech_st/11.2.0/OPatch/opatch apply
