Upgrading P6 V7 to EPPM 19.12

Hello all,

We are working on upgrading our P6 V7 install to the latest, and are doing the initial hunt for the proper documentation or videos on how best to go about it.   I have seen a few articles where others have gone through intermediate steps to get to various versions.   But nothing quite like what we are attempting to do.   The P6 V7 is on a SQL server (2014) we are a windows environment and likely using Windows 2016 or better.  


I did find a very comprehensive upgrade article on here but didn't cover the most recent versions.   Is there a migration step version that we need to go to before moving to EPPM 19.12?  Is there a tool for looking at DB schema and tables that maybe different from V7 -> V19.12
