Overhead on a Overhead for a resource

We want to charge Overhead on a Overhead is it possible.  We have an employee who charges their time to the Job using resource transaction.  We loaded labor rates, so system uses this rate and charge the total labor to the WIP Job.  We have an Overhead for Benefits provided to that employee.  So Benefit OH is applied to the Job which is labor * OH rate.  Now we want to apply another OH on this OH and the labor together, but system is allowing us to apply OH on the base labor.  Ex: Employee hourly rate is $20.  They
