Are you able to create a scheduled recurring One View Report (OVR)?

Has anyone had success in creating a scheduled recurring One View Report  in JDE 9.2. If so, did you use the BI Publisher (Fusion) Middle-ware? It seems like you should be able to (the option to do so is there), but I've been unsuccessful in all my attempts thus far. There doesn't seem to be any documentation out there on this.
