Hi All,

I have a quick clarification related to ePRO elastic search, just once in our test env we have faced an issue where elastic search failed due to attached error"failed to delete index file"

The only solution was to un-deploy and redeploy the index, and run full index build.. followed by incremental.

The index build took 3.5 hour and during that 3.5 hour we were not able to search, since it was a test env we are fine... what if this happened in production.. what is the solution for attached error.

any insight and/or documentation will be appreciated!
