Can you release a sales blanket order to an SI order

Would you need to set up the blanket SB P4210  the same as the SI P4210 in order for the proper flags and values for SO15 & SO01 for the released SI?

Normally the ODOC is blank for running R4210IC, but that field is populated with the original blanket order.  Does that hinder the creation of the SK/OK?
