How to remove Default category in item manager setup

in Inventory Items (APC/PLM/PIM) - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hello,

We are unable to remove the Default Category assigned in Catalog details, due to this reason some of the setup not working we have done based on category. Navigation as given below.

Item Manager-->Setup-->Setup Workbench-->Catelog as Product-->Catelog Detail
