TimeSheet Error - The On Return Setting...

Hi All. We are using PeopleSoft HRMS 9.0

When employees attempt to enter vacation through Timesheet and set the calendar to days in 2021, they get the attached error. The Time and Labor calendar is built until 31-12-2022 and TL Permissions allow 456 days future grace.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
