User with Full Auth for All Requesters unable to view Approvals for other requesters

Hi all,

We're working on an update to 9.2.36 with PT 8.57.14. As part of this update we're implementing Fluid ePro, including Create Requisition and My Requisitions.

We have some users that have full authority for all requesters and they need to be able to view Approval information among other things for requesters other than themselves. From My Requisitions (Fluid), if a user clicks on Approvals from the Details page for a requisition that they did not create, they receive an error message.

"An error occurred while attempting to display the selected transaction. Please contact administrator."

We are debating on leaving access to Manage Requisitions for these users since they're able to view Approval information for other user's requisitions from Manage Requisitions, but then that's just another page they have to navigate to and it's not fluid.
