I found this JDE ER bug 14811614 - OLD SWIFT FORMAT IN JDE.

Bank files received from the bank are different than the guidelines, eg CITI (old format) and MUFG SWIFT Header (latest 2018)

According to this bug, the version of the MT940 format implemented in JDE is old since 2004 and it appears that format has changed since them.

.

Please confirm if there is any plan to use the latest MT940 format in JDE.

The CITI MT940 format SWIFT Header Block 2 are; (with bank statement date)

{1:F01            0000000000}{2:O9400000200811            00000000002008111056N}{4:

But for MUFG, the bank statement date is moved to #5 .

{1:F01            0000000000}{2:O9401652                            2007271652N}{4:

Howdy, Stranger!
