Universal Adapter config

Universal Adapter documentation says

1. The logical schema name must be UDA_ORCL. If this exists as a logical schema, then you will just associate the physical schema with the context for that logcial schema. If not, then you will need to add a Logical Schema named UDA_ORCL. Please note that logical schema name is predefined for each technology type, and the list of logical schema names by technology type is documented in the FDMEE admin guide. These are the ONLY names that may be used.
