Hello,

I met an issue recently whose syptoms (sreenshots below) were very similar to the article mentioned below.  However, I read the article , it's said the bug was fixed in version 12.1.0.1 (base release).

My current database version is 12.1.0.2.0 (with applyed patch 26609783). I am wondering if anyone has ever met issue like this? Anyone has idea about this? Thank you !!
