How to correct wrong IB entry in cardex

Hi Team,

I have came across one issue where user changed item cost in P4105 and so two IB entries got created in cardex one is negative and one is positive. I am not sure how does it happen but now user is asking to delete both entries from cardex.

Is this possible? How can we correct cardex in this case?
