Autonomous Health Framework stopped working after upgrade to 19c

We recently upgraded our Grid Infrastructure (standalone) and Database from 12c to 19c. After the upgrade, I couldn't really reconfigure AHF so I removed the old installation and installed it again.

The installation goes fine, the orachk service starts and the oracle-orachkscheduler.service shows as enabled.

However, the automated orachk isn't working, I do not get the emails at night. And when I run the orachk manually it gives me a CRITICAL note saying that the ORAchk Daemon/Scheduler is not configured correctly.

I do not know what's wrong, and what else to look for. I did reinstall it 3 times already!
