Unable to connect to OTM mobile out of Gen2 OTM cloud instance
We are trying to connect to OTM mobile for the first time out of our Gen2 OTM cloud instance, but received the error "Unable to connect to the server. Please ensure transportation server is available'. No logs also are found. Oracle is still working on the SR but didn't find any solution as of now.
Tried multiple ios and android devices, cache reset, uninstall/install of the app but no luck till now. Not sure if it has to do with Gen2 security. Can anyone share your thoughts on this? We are able to connect to OTM mobile from another Gen1 instance with no issues.
