Intergrated extract is very slow but all logminer process is idle

goldengate version :12.3.0.1

oracle database version :12.2.0.1.0

hi，

I have three Intergrated extract. when I apply a psu (31305382) on my gi and database,and restart all.

my extract run very very slow  .can not reduce the lag.

I found event on databse session  like this:
