We have a requirement to validate the number of competencies to added to appraisal should be limited

Hi,

We have a requirement in oracle performance management EBS to make competencies to be chosen should be minimum to 4 competencies in apparaisal.

if the employees choose less than 4 competencies, system should throw an error. We tried using appraisal user hook to do the validation but it is not working as expected.

Any ideas to implement the same other than OAF customization. Please advise.
