I must plan to migrate my oracle databases 11.2.0.3 and 11.2.0.4 to 19c, we have applications in WebLogic 10.3.5.0 and OAS 10.1.2.0.2, what considerations should I have, what is the compatibility matrix with 19c, the risks or impact
