Hide delete attachment in iSupplier portal

Hello All,

is it possible to hide the delete option from iSupplier portal attachment window.  I couldnt find way to hide through personalization, can you advice anyway can we hide the option?

we want to make sure the document uploaded by supplier later they suppose not to delete.
