Unable to move the WIP job back to first step of operation

Hi Experts,

      The WIP completion transaction got stuck in MMTT in allocated status. Deleted the stuck record and changed the WO status from completed to released. We are unable to move the WO qty back to first step to re-try the completion process. The message "Transaction quantity must be less than or equal to available to move" gets displayed in the MSCA screen while trying to do so. The completed qty is still in the LPN and LPN context is 2. What should be the ideal way to resolve this issue so that we can process the WIP completion record for
