FA setup:- unabe to create asset category

Hi

I want to add a new asset. FA group is global (eg Software) , next i added the  values in value set FA_CATEG_D say 120_intel . Like wise added the value in value set FA_SUBCATEG_D ie 120_processor.

Once the values are added, while creating asset categories in setup>asset system, the systems throws error : values not defined for asset categories ans subcategories. But the same are defined in respective value set.

Kindly help.
