What are the options of generating a word document(.doc or .docx) in Siebel

Hi,

I would like to know the different options of generating a word document( a report) from Siebel (version IP2017). I understand that BI Publisher can generate a .RTF report, but there are few limitations with RTF (such as displaying a image with overlapping text etc), so would like to understand if we can generate a .doc or .docx extensions directly from BI Publisher (integrated with Siebel) or using Siebel (using Proposals etc)?

Also any thoughts on converting a .pdf document to word (.doc or .docx) document. Is that possible with siebel or by using any third party tool integrated with Siebel (using node.js etc)?
