Unable to start VMs with deploycluster or VM Manager UI

Hi all,

I followed the below article to deploy 2 node RAC cluster:

And used Oracle VM Server and Manager version 3. Deploycluster tool version 2 and use below oracle rac template 12c

OVM_OL7U3_X86_64_12201DBRAC_PVHVM-1of2.tar.gz

OVM_OL7U3_X86_64_12201DBRAC_PVHVM-2of2.tar.gz

But when I submitted below command:

./deploycluster.py -u admin -M rac.? -N utils/netconfig12cRAC2node.ini -P utils/params12c.ini

but can't start 2 VMs rac.0 and rac.1.

I tried to start these VMs in VM Manager, the task is Completed but state of these VMs be changed to "Stopped" after 3s automatically.
