Security Tool status of Error

When I navigate—in my Demo environment only—from Main Menu > Enterprise Components > Security Deployment > Update Permission Lists (or the Manage Permissions page), I find that the Permission list EOFD1000 (type “Autom. Config Template” and item "DSCN_SERVICE_TEMPLATE"...bug 25633103) reports a status of Error. All other environments are clean.

Do you have any good document suggestions for pursuing this issue further? It seems odd that Demo would be the place for me to have this issue! I first noticed it during my application of CS 9.2 PUM 017, so it may have been left over from PUM 016. It didn't seem important enough to pursue at the time. I saw it again this week working on PUM 018. What would you suggest for my next step?
