could not start web server

hi,

when I upgrade tool release 9.2.2.2 on standalone 9.2 and i run web have error "could not start web server"; and jas.log error :

15 Aug 2020 07:40:43,042 [MANDATORY]  - [JAS]             Initiating EnterpriseOne startup using configuration location (default_path) as 'D:\E920\system\JAS\EA_JAS_80.ear\webclient.war\WEB-INF'.

15 Aug 2020 07:40:44,634 [SEVERE]  - [JAS]             Caught an unhandled exception while initializing the server Corrective Action :Look for previous error messages in the log. java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/peoplesoft/pt/e1/ppm/api/IPSPerf

15 Aug 2020 08:17:25,830 [MANDATORY]  - [JAS]             Initiating EnterpriseOne startup using configuration location (default_path) as 'D:\E920\system\JAS\EA_JAS_80.ear\webclient.war\WEB-INF'.
