pwmove ASMCMD-9453: failed to register password file as a CRS resource pwmove

when I move the database password file using pwmove,the error came out:ASMCMD-9453: failed to register password file as a CRS resource pwmove  why ? oracle 12.2.0.1

ASMCMD [+] > pwmove --dbuniquename prod +DG_DATA/prod/password/pwdprod +DG_FRA/prod/pwdprod

ASMCMD-8028: Password file '+DG_DATA/prod/password/pwdprod' is associated with 'prod' already. Use the force option.

ASMCMD [+] >  pwmove --dbuniquename prod +DG_DATA/prod/password/pwdprod +DG_FRA/prod/pwdprod -f
